Feli Cabrera Lopez
(Efe Ce Ele) is a Colombian artist currently based in Barcelona who works in Music, Art and Technology. She is an Image and Sound Designer with a Master's Degree in Technology and Aesthetics of Electronic Arts. She founded and co-directs the platform Fragment A, focused on the visibility, diffusion and publication of Latin American experimental electronics.
She is a professor of Visual Music, Sound Art and Transmedia Art. Her research is crossed by science fiction, transfeminism and ecology, inhabiting art and technological development in the intersections and contradictions of humanity + nature + science.
Her main interest is creating objects, spaces and events that function as connecting interfaces between isolated universes, thus being the body, gender, sound, image and biology, triggers to think and rethink one's own identity from music and contemporary art. Her works have been exhibited and mentioned in various media, events and festivals, in Latinamerica, Europe and North America.
